Custom Manufacturing

Our manufacturing department has over twenty years of production and custom experience. So whether you are building a kit, designing your own, or rebuilding a classic or a warbird, we can manufacture a flexible bladder that will fit properly and give you long lasting service. We have a reputation for getting it right the first time. We can even provide explosion suppression foam for support and safety. Production
We provide OEM fuel cells to several Type Certificate holders and light sport manufacturers. There are also several STC holders that utilize our manufacturing capabilities for extended range applications. Short run production is not a problem with us.

Major Overhaul
When you need a fuel cell that is no longer in production for a standard category aircraft, we are authorized to perform a “major overhaul”. This is done by replacing the old rubber parts with new and retaining the original useable metal components and part identification. This process is coordinated through our repair station and manufacturing department.

Whether you are building a kit, designing your own, replacing a racing bladder, or rebuilding a warbird, we can manufacture a flexible bladder that will fit properly and give you long lasting service.

Our construction is a seamless multi-ply nitrile rubber design that is very flexible, durable and weighs much the same as the originals. It is internally impermeable, resistant to shrinkage and is compatible with all fuels and most fluids. High quality is assured though our FAA approved process and quality control system monitored by the US Federal Government.

Since bladders are used in different structures holding varying fluids, our manufacturing process was developed to allow us to produce bladders that meet the requirements of the specific application. It is flexible enough to address such issues as; weight, large volume, abrasion resistance and means of support. We can also provide explosion suppression foam for support and safety.

We prefer to work from prints but we can also; reverse engineer from the original, work from cavity dimensions, or start from a simple drawing of what it should look like. We give you a quote based on any of the above. The more complete the information the more exact the quote.
