COLLECTION
Online Transactions
If you decide to use the Site to make an online transaction, Eagle Fuel Cells will collect information from you to facilitate the transaction, and such information may include, but is not limited to, contact information (such as your name and shipping address) and financial information (such as tax identification number and credit card number). EFC’s primary goal in collecting this information is to complete a successful transaction. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOUR TRANSACTIONS WITH EAGLE FUEL CELLS ARE GOVERNED BY A SEPARATE COMMERCIAL AGREEMENT, THEN THE TERMS OF SUCH COMMERCIAL AGREEMENT WILL CONTROL.

Eagle Fuel Cells may collect and use your IP address to help diagnose problems and administer the Site.
 

ACCESS
Order Fulfillment
Eagle Fuel Cells uses an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill you for goods and services. Your information will be provided to these companies and other companies, as may be necessary, to facilitate order processing.
 
Additionally, Eagle Fuel Cells may disclose information about your online transactions to EFC’s business partners for the purpose of facilitating other transactions, including without limitation, disclosing order information to a supplier for inventory management purposes.
